Terms and Conditions

 

1. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 plus)

2. The age limit is 10 years old

3. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed. (with exception to baby food)

4. No smoking on the premises

5. All children must be supervised by an adult

6. All children must abide by the rules

7. All children play entirely at their own risk

8. Deposits are non refundable unless agreed with the management

9. Management reserve the right to alter any printed times and prices without prior notification. The Managements decisions are always final

10. No jewellery should be worn by children playing on the apparatus

11. Socks must be worn at all times

12. We advise long sleeves and trousers are worn on the apparatus

13. Guardians should note that whilst every possible effort has been made to ensure children’s optimum safety, Cheeky Monkeys cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of playing on the apparatus

14. At least one guardian must accompany every ten children throughout the party and maintain a reasonable level of behaviour

15. There is a minimum limit of twelve children and a maximum of thirty per party unless agreed otherwise.

16. 50% deposit on party booking - balance due 14 days before party.  Deposits cannot be refunded.  If possible another mutually agreeable time will be arranged. Non-attending guests cannot be refunded.
