TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 plus)

2. There is a height restriction of 1.4m, 4’6”

3. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed. (except for baby food)

4. No smoking on the premises

5. All children must be supervised by an adult

6. All children must abide by the rules

7. All children play entirely at their own risk

8. Children who are not feeling well are not allowed to use the play equipment

9. Management reserves the right to alter any printed times and prices without prior notification. The Management's decisions are always final

10. No jewellery should be worn by children playing on the apparatus

11. Socks must be worn on the equipment at all times for both children and adults 

12. We advise long sleeves and trousers are worn on the apparatus

13. Guardians should note that while every possible effort has been made to ensure children’s optimum safety, Cheeky Monkeys cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of playing on the apparatus

14. At least one guardian must accompany every ten children throughout the party and maintain a reasonable level of behaviour

15. There is a minimum limit of 12 children and a maximum of 20 per party unless agreed otherwise

16. Once a booking has been confirmed we cannot make any changes or cancellations, and all payments are non-refundable unless Cheeky Monkeys cannot open.

17. A £75 deposit on party booking - balance five days before the party. Non-attending guests cannot be refunded.
